Jean is a founding member of Strategic Breakthrough Value Creation Group Inc. He launched Six Sigma programs and was the Director for the Centre of Excellence Lean Six Sigma at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. Jean has more than 25 years of trusted advisor and business experience within a wide spectrum of organizations and clients around the world. From start-ups to multinationals, profit, not for profit and public organizations from 2 employees to 58,000 and from $0 to $14 billion in revenues, Jean has experienced a multitude of challenges and helped many individuals and organizations to craft plans and reach their goals.

Jean started his career with the auditing and management consulting giant Ernst & Young. Later joined KPMG where he served manufacturing, services, financial services and Healthcare clients. He then moved through various senior management positions and led major transformation initiatives with companies such as Reynolds Metals, Noranda, and Bombardier.

Jean is one of Canada’s most experienced Six Sigma Executive Leaders, having instructed, presented, coached and built relationships with thousands of managers and senior executives since 1997.

Peter is a founding member of Strategic Breakthrough Value Creation Group Inc. He has held a number of senior positions within the Financial Services industry with over 25 years of broad expertise in product management/development, project management, strategy, finance/accounting, technology and operations. He has extensive consulting experience in financial services, healthcare, agriculture, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. He has led initiatives resulting in significantly improved processes, controls and increased profitability in excess of $40 million.

He has developed significant expertise in assessing organizational performance, in the identification of improvement opportunities, in the selection of strategies to realize opportunities and in the execution to achieve sustainable results. Peter is a Six Sigma Black Belt who has helped numerous clients in deploying, training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Dragica is a seasoned business professional with a career spanning more than 30 years. She focuses her expertise and passion on operational management/problem solving, systematic operational risk management and strategic programs.

Dragica is a catalyst for change creating the synergy necessary to solve problems and execute effectively. She has an enviable record of accomplishments as a Financial Services executive. She is a trusted advisor and for more than 15 years a consultant to senior management; who have counted on her to assist them with: (1) Leading significant change initiatives that also include third parties, (2) Leveraging the right capabilities to execute and compete effectively, through an efficient and cost conscious process, (3) Identifying emerging risks and developing risk management capabilities and (4) Raising the level of performance and effectiveness by improved integration of people, processes and technology.

Dragica has lived and worked in North America, Asia and Europe and she has worked with clients in financial services, IT services, health care, utilities, mining, government and academia.

Dragica was the founding Program Director of the Centre of Excellence for Business Performance and Risk Management at the Schulich School of Business, (Toronto) benefitting more than 300 organizations in the span of 5 years. She has shared her business knowledge with the Canadian Standards Association in the development of the ISO31000 Risk Management Standard.

Gary has spent 20 years in the media intelligence industry, covering traditional, digital and social media. He has extensive experience in reputation, operations and project management, process improvement, market intelligence and business development.

Applying evidence-based business analysis, Gary assists firms in creating and capturing value by enabling clarity and focus on their business model. Each firm is unique, ever changing, operating in an environment that has uncertainties and probabilities. Gary holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, is a certified project manager (PMP-PMI) and has completed studies in six sigma (Schulich School of Business), business valuation (IBI) and financial risk management (PRMIA). He is currently preparing to write the CFA Level 1 exam.

Gina Sturda M.Sc., CBB

Gina is a consultant of Strategic Breakthrough Value Creating Group Inc. She has over 23 years experience helping companies to achieve corporate transformation. She has held a number of senior positions in the Financial Services, Broadcast Measurement and Consumer Behaviour data as well as Newspaper Industry.

Gina quickly establishes credibility and trust with organization leaders who benefit from her broad experience in project management leadership and the corollary organizational issues that must be addressed to achieve positive and sustained results. She deeply understands the nature of personal, team & large-scale change, and clients benefit from her focus on becoming a trusted advisor in support of their vision.

Gina has been deeply involved in team management, leadership, negotiation, client relationship, and timeline and priority establishment analysis for the past 15 years in particular, and for the past four years has managed her own practice. She began working in organizations late in the 1980’s, and moved through various leadership positions for companies such as Royal Bank, Merrill Lynch, CIBC Wood Gundy, CIBC, BBM, and Manulife Financial developing long-term strategic plans with a strong focus on lifecycle project management.

She has extensive experience creating and implementing project management offices, delivering projects, moving them quickly and efficiently from inception to deployment per a predetermined schedule, cost, and quality, while aligning projects with the corporate business strategy. Project effectiveness and accuracy has been improved, resulting in quicker approval of results and more timely provision of results to clients.

Ms. Sturdza holds a M.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Diploma with Honours, in Business Administration. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified professional and Six Sigma Champion. She is a CEO at Rombridge, and maintains her own practice.

Krystin is a senior healthcare consultant and business advisor with Strategic Breakthrough Value Creation Group Inc. She has extensive experience in the public and private sector and has been involved in the evolution of clinical/hospital practice. She is seasoned pharmacist with over 30 years of experience with an unwavering commitment to quality in patient care, process, innovation and performance.

Krystin is an effective leader, who has exceptional problem solving skills with a collaborative management style. Expertise includes oncology, medicine, perinatal, pediatrics, TPN, palliative care and surgery. She has held a number of positions including business consultant, director, manager, drug information pharmacist, clinical pharmacist, etc. Responsibilities have included leading/managing in excess of 75 staff, mentoring/teaching, designing departmental goals which have strategic organization alignment, process improvements, change management, implementing risk controls, introducing new technologies, coordinating research protocols, etc.

Krystin is passionate about the Healthcare and Pharma sectors and has the experience to help clients improve their people, processes, systems and products.
